Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort

It made our trip to Playa del Carmen an amazing experience. All the staff were attentive, knowledgeable.

We loved this hotel's staff and food. The restaurant was amazing for breakfast and lunch, we ordered excellent dishes. Booked table at Asiana, it's their onsite restaurant.

Such an enjoyable stay at a second time. The hotel had a central location and it was only a short distance to Plaza Las Americas.

We liked staff and drinks - wonderful. The rooms were huge with two beds.

The staff team was supper friendly, the rooms were tidy and equipped with drinks, jacuzzi, snacks.

We loved every detail about our really great 4 nights stay here. The staff were incredible and exceptional. The location was favourable, at a short distance from Quinta Avenida. The authentic restaurant served lots of outstanding food.

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Playa del Carmen, had much fun. The room I booked was cleaned and available with beautiful view and a king sized bed, as example. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the beach, Cozumel, a nightclub.

Had best stay for our final night, the staff were courteous, location was beautiful and in front of the main garden.

The room was cleaned and available with a great view and hot tubs, for instance. The hotel was located short walk to Cozumel, the seafront, the ocean. Also, it was an easy walk to Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall.

Excellent value for money, it was perfect stay. Bright room and unbeatable location. Dedicated stuff where ready to help and suggested different places to visit. Our room had a big bed and a delightful view.

Facilities were perfect, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

This seaside hotel was worth a visit, excellent value for money. Although the view was lovely, I had great bedroom. Politeness of property staff. There was a nice restaurant, stores and main shopping street next door.

Fun stay in the gorgeous area. The place was exceptionally clean, staff was perfectly nice. Beds were great. The hotel's location was central.

Marvellous location, superb bar, really good staff. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including coffee, pastries, fruit, butter and cereals. They made my stay fine. Small garden and nice pool area.

The weather was wonderful, had superb stay. It had reasonably priced attached restaurant. There also was small parking and incredible pool.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Really busy area.

Right place for wedding, felt like home. The first 5 star hotel where everything was spotless and clean enough. It was great and had almost perfect pool view. The best rocky beach I've seen before now.

Awesome stay. There was an executive bar with perfect service. The beach bar in the hotel had lots of mixed coffee, cocktails and juices throughout the day. Prime location to corazon de mexico. It is set in a pretty quiet area.

Nothing too much trouble, we loved this quite new hotel, would recommend. The rooms were just beautiful, the staff was discreet, the breakfast was fairly good. Super central location, superb. Besides, the area was stunning, next to Caminarte.

Appreciated the stuff and views, they where BEAUTIFUL. Our kudos go to sommelier for the hospitality! It had a specialty restaurant.
